    Step 1

    烧热油2大匙,爆香冬菇,然后加入所有材料(B)炒香。Heat 2 tbsp oil, sauté mushroom until fragrant, then toss in all ingredients (B) and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入黄豆渣、调味料炒片刻,徐徐加入材料(C)炒至有黏性即成。Add in Soya bean dregs and seasoning, stir-fry briefly, then toss in ingredients (C) and stir fry until slightly sticky.

    Step 3

    炒好的材料分出20等份,搓成小块扁粒沾上面浆,再沾上面包糠,用油炸至金黄色。Separate fried ingredients into 20 portions, knead and flatten into nugget shape, and then dip in batter and coat with bread crumbs, deep fry until golden brown.
